Aqua Fitness

Aqua Fitness is a group fitness class for all levels in the pool. Classes include total body aquatic exercises that are non-weight bearing, have minimal impact on joints, and incorporate strength equipment. Programs are designed to enhance mobility, strength, balance, flexibility, endurance, and cognitive function.

*Participants must have completed a Pool Orientation to participate in the class.*
