An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, repeating until August 31, 2022

Tai Chi focuses on stretching and step-by-step instruction of the basic stances, postures and footwork of the Yang style short form.  This ancient system of exercise helps improve coordination, balance, breathing and flexibility, while helping to regulate blood pressure and decrease stress.
