Total Body Fitness

Total Body Fitness is a group fitness class for all levels that emphasizes functional  movements to improve daily living activities. Classes are designed to enhance mobility, strength, balance, flexibility, endurance, and cognitive function. Exercises are performed seated and standing and can be modified as needed.
