Yoga

Yoga with Jeanne Kelly incorporates a variety of standing, sitting and lying yoga poses to enhance your flexibility, mobility and balance, while producing a deep sense of rest and relaxation. The class is suitable for both beginners and experienced yoga practitioners. Although some poses are performed lying on the mat, modifications are offered for those residents who wish to use a chair.
