Overview
Brookhaven is a nonprofit continuing care retirement community established in 1989, located just outside of Boston in Lexington, Massachusetts. Brookhaven is committed to its mission of providing housing and a continuity of health care that supports each Resident’s pursuit of personal wellness. Residents, trustees and staff are committed to active and meaningful involvement in the greater community, including our active social accountability program, participating in local events, and supporting other local nonprofits.
Our Board of Trustees is comprised of local leaders and health care professionals dedicated to enriching the lives of Brookhaven residents.
The best part of Brookhaven is the people who have chosen to make it their home. Together, with the staff, they help shape the programs and events, the intellectual environment, and most importantly, the close and caring community called Brookhaven.
