Residents have the security of onsite healthcare at all three levels of care for no additional costs (certain restrictions apply). The Brookhaven health and wellness team works with you as your needs change so you can participate in community living to the fullest. Licensed nurses provide health screening, monitoring, education and problem solving around health-related concerns as well as refer you to the many wellness opportunities at Brookhaven.
