The Brookhaven onsite health services offer a full complement of services available for your convenience. Our health professionals include geriatricians and internists, a geriatric nurse practitioner, licensed nurses and aides, social workers, and a Personal Wellness Coordinator. Other professionals include podiatrist, optometrist, dentist, audiologist, psychologist, dietary consultations, and counseling and advocacy.
The convenience of onsite physicians and allied health professionals, pharmacy pickup, and laboratory services gives you more time for the things you enjoy.
