The Business and Economics Forum will meet at 1:30 pm in the Small Meeting Room. The session will start with brief remarks by resident Robert Solow, the 1987 winner of the Nobel Memorial Prize in Economics. He was cited for “exceptional contributions” in the study of technological development as “the motor for economic growth.” Our discussion will focus on the current issues in the USA and what the global economy is facing with a particular focus on inflation. At the end of the session, a short time will be spent on our plans for the Business and Economics Forum going forward and how we plan to select topics.
