Enjoy a cello and piano concert with cellist Steven Laven and pianist Eleanor Perrone at 7:30 pm in the Performance Hall and streaming. Steven is the Principal Cellist of the Pro Arte Chamber Orchestra, section cello member of the Rhode Island Philharmonic, and plays regularly with the Boston Pops Esplanade and Boston Lyric Opera Orchestras. Eleanor has concertized in Brazil and Europe, performing in Sao Paolo, Campinas, Brussels, German-American Institutes at Kiel, Saarbrucken and Heidelberg, and the American Academy in Rome, featuring the piano music of former Academy prize winners, Yehudi Wyner and Stephen Hartke. The program will include pieces by Bach, Edward Grieg, Frank Bridge, Rachmaninoff, Amy Beach and Steven Laven. Join us for an evening of cello and piano!
