Concert: Ensemble Aubade-Old World, New World Soundscapes

Join us at 7:30 pm in the Performance Hall and streaming for a concert by Ensemble Aubade. Praised for “intensity, imagination, skill and finesse…shimmering grace” (St. Lawrence University), Ensemble Aubade performs throughout the United States. Ensemble Aubade is comprised of Peter H. Bloom, flute, Francis Grimes, viola and Steven Sussman, piano. They will perform Old World, New World Soundscapes, a program spanning many styles and centuries, with chamber works by Rameau, Mozart, Ernest Bloch, and Karl Henning (his piece Oxygen Footprint written in 2016 for Ensemble Aubade).
