The bus departs at 12:00 pm for a Dining Around the World Trip to Karibu Ugandan Restaurant in Waltham. Karibu is a Swahili term that means welcome. For more than 20 years, the Karibu restaurant family has been serving the most authentic East African Cuisine American has ever seen. With roots out of Uganda and Tanzania, representing East Africa & Africa at large, they strive to provide a meal you will never forget. From their world-famous Samosas to their specially imported Matooke and spices, they make sure that every single bite is fresh, unique and full of flavor. Approximate return: 2:30 pm.
