The Healthcare and Wellness Residents Forum will meet from 10:00 am to 11:00 am in the Large Meeting Room. “Conversations about End of Life Decision-making by or on behalf of People with Dementia.” Talking about end- of -life decisions by or on behalf of those with dementia, including choices about acceptance, refusal or limitation of medical treatments based on each person’s values and wishes. While initiating this conversation may be difficult, such advance care planning can help prepare us, our loved ones, and our health care agent for important decisions that may need to be made in the future.
