Small Group Functional Strength

Steve will lead small group training emphasizing functional movement patterns to maintain and build muscle mass.

The goal of the program is to create noticeable improvements in:

  • balance
  • endurance
  • energy
  • coordination
  • mobility
  • core stability

We will use a combination of:

  • the HUR cable column
  • anchor point training with resistance bands
  • TRX suspension trainer
  • Dumbbells
