Total Body Fitness Level 2/3 is a moderate to advanced difficulty group fitness class that emphasizes free weight strengthening and toning exercises that enhance mobility, strength, balance, flexibility, endurance, and cognitive function. Exercises are performed primarily standing with some seated exercises.
