The bus departs at 9:30 am for a trip to Blithewold Mansion and Gardens in beautiful Bristol, Rhode Island for their Daffodil Days. Step into spring time at Blithewold’s Daffodil Days! Each April, Blithewold opens its gates to welcome visitors just as springtime begins. The famous display covers this 33-acre seaside estate with over 50,000 daffodils that delight visitors for nearly a month. After a walk through this stunning property, enjoy lunch at the Boat House Waterfront Restaurant. Residing on a bluff over the foot of Mt. Hope Bay, the restaurant beckons guests to relax and soak in our panoramic, award-winning bayside views. The locally inspired menu, creative cocktail offerings and unmatched hospitality provide the recipe for a great meal. Approximate return: 4:00 pm. Fee: $38 for transportation and admission, plus the cost of your lunch choice.
