The bus departs at 10:30 am for a trip to the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Isabella Stewart Gardner collected and carefully displayed a collection comprised of more than 7,500 paintings, sculptures, furniture, textiles, silver, ceramics, 1,500 rare books, and 7,000 archival objects from ancient Rome, Medieval Europe, Renaissance Italy, Asian, the Islamic world and 19th century France and America. In March of 1990, 13 works of art were stolen in the single largest property theft in the world. Come explore this beautiful museum in the heart of Boston. Approximate return: 3:00 pm.
