The bus will depart for Newport, Rhode Island at 10:30 am for lunch at The Mooring Seafood Kitchen & Bar followed by a 90-minute cruise of Newport Harbor & Narragansett Bay with Gansett Cruises. For over 35 years The Mooring Seafood Kitchen & bar has provided guests with warm hospitality, crafted beverages and ‘top-of-the catch’ seafood, including an award-winning wine list and bountiful raw bar offerings. The M/V Gansett is a traditionally restored 50-ft. lobster boat with comfortable and modern amenities for up to 49 passengers. Approximate return: 5:45 pm. Fee: $52 for transportation and cruise plus the cost of your lunch choice. The cruise company does not allow wheelchairs or walkers, so we ask that only hardy walkers sign up.
