Yoga class with Jeanne Kelly incorporates a variety of seated, standing, and floor yoga poses to enhance flexibility, mobility, and balance, while producing a deep sense of rest and relaxation. The class is suitable for both beginners and experienced yoga practitioners. Although some poses are performed lying on a mat, modifications are offered for residents that prefer to use a chair.
