Join resident Jean Olson for a 4-week Watercolor Class for beginners, refreshers, and those who like working in groups. Classes start Wednesday, February 7. There are 8 slots available. It will meet on Wednesdays throughout February. There will be simple exercises for beginners, and more complex ones for those who want challenges and fun of the medium. Classes will be 2-hour sessions from 10:30 am – 12:30 pm in the Art Studio. Supplies needed: 9′ x 12′, 140 weight watercolor pad, a one-inch-wide brush and watercolor brushes that point up when wet – #’s 6,7,8,10 (Princeton brand has good selections). All can be purchased at PLAYTIME Art Supplies in Arlington center. Still life materials and water container will be supplied.
