Join us in the Performance Hall from 7:30 pm to 8:40 pm for a CAAL Performance: Mid-Autumn Festival Chinese Cultural Evening. This performance will be an enchanting cultural experience featuring captivating Chinese folk dance, a lively dragon parade, the mesmerizing Peking opera, traditional musical instruments and singing, and explore the history of Chinese traditional dress and the heritage of mid-autumn culture. Our performance showcases the vibrant tapestry of Chinese culture through dance, music, and theater. From the graceful movements of the dancers to the resounding melodies of the instruments, you’ll be transported to a world of wonder. This memorable evening of entertainment and cultural immersion is a collaborative effort between the Chinese American Association of Lexington, Brookhaven, and the Lexington Youth STEAM Team. After the performance, the performers will greet and meet the audience in the hallway of the Performance Hall from 8:40 pm to 9:00 pm.
