This 30 min class will focus on stabilizing and strengthening the muscles around the spine and  trunk. Core stability improves the posture, enhances balance and supports overall movement. By targeting the core muscles, such as the abdominals and back muscles, individuals can develop a strong foundation for various physical activities and daily tasks. The class will be held on the floor in different positions like lying on the back, lying on the belly or on hands and knees.
